Azure - Configuring RBAC (Role Base Access Control) - Part 3

Ok Part 3 - Configuring RBAC (Role Base Access Control) RBAC allows you to provide granular access to perform specific actions on Azure resources, down to an individual-resource level. You can specify which actions to perform by using either a predefined or a custom role. Once you have decided which role to use, you assign it to an Azure AD object representing the user, group, or application that should be able to carry out the role’s associated actions.

Azure - Configure tagging - Part 2

In this blog post we are going to configure tagging, Tagging is another benefit of the Azure Resource Manager deployment model. Tags are custom labels that you can assign to resources, resource groups, and subscriptions. You can utilize this functionality to describe your cloud environment. For example, you can specify the ownership of individual resources, assign them to the appropriate cost centre, or designate them as production, test, or development. Tags appear in the billing data available to the Account Administrator. This simplifies identifying costs associated with tagged resources for chargeback purposes.

Azure - Create and manage a resource group - Part 1

Over the last 12 months I have been studying and working with Azure in my spare time, all in preparation to gain my MSCE Qualification in cloud and Infrastructure, after a lot of study and hard work, I am there! A few weeks back I had the opportunity to take a bootcamp course over 9 days and concentrating on the following exams, 70-532, 70-533 and 70-535, so I used my time wisely and mentally to go through each and every lab the courses had to offer and I have documented every step so that you can follow to study or use day to day, Please NOTE that all the materials to follow are course labs Microsoft Offer and if you have the opportunity to go on any of these course I would highly recommend you do so.. they blew me away!
